Daniel began his professional career with Airbus in Seville, Spain in October 2011 and has held various managerial positions since.

As the Head of Inventory Management and Demand Planning for Airbus Military, he was responsible for the build-up of one single Inventory Management Organization. End of 2016 he became Executive Assistant to the Head of Military Aircraft Services in Madrid.

In September 2019, Daniel was promoted to his former role as Head of Systems Support, Training & Flight Operations Services Finance & Controlling leading teams located in Germany, France and Spain overseeing all commercial and financial tasks including controlling, planning, and monitoring of tasks to achieve the commercial and entrepreneurial business objectives.

Daniel and his family made the move to Canada in 2022 for his current role as CEO AirPro SAR Services. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids as well as playing rugby.

Nicolas Oleskzo

Nicolas joined Airbus Helicopter in 2005 after several years in the automotive industry as controller. Through his various roles within Airbus’ finance department in Europe or overseas as CFO of subsidiaries or head of Subsidiaries, Nicolas has accumulated over the 14 years of increasingly senior, international and specialized work experience.

In his last position as transport services controller for Airbus defenses and Space Spain, Nicolas ensured the sustainable profitability of the fastest growing program of Airbus military aircraft services.

Nicolas has just made the move to Canada after accepting his current role as CFO, AirPro SAR. 

Richard Poole

After a career of 30 years in the UK Royal Air Force, Richard returned to his native Canada in 2008.

Following aerospace business development positions in L3 Electronic Systems, Discovery Air and PAL Aerospace, he transitioned into Operations after the award of the Canadian Fixed Wing Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement (FWSAR) contract in late 2016.  Now the COO in AirPro, he has grown the team with PAL and Airbus in preparation for the In Service Support phase of the contract.

Married with 4 grown up children, Richard and Samantha live in Kars, south of Ottawa and enjoy DIY, the outdoor life, gardening and wine.
